I) Reservation procedure

Once you have decided to buy our Tour Product please consider the following:

1. Hotels rooms (single/double/twins) have to be reserved as early as possible in advance.
2. After making the flight reservation, please provide us with a copy of PNR's to enable us to watch and control the schedule changes especially the domestic one’s.
3. Name lists

»	The preliminary one to be received not later than 25 days prior to arrival day. This includes (name/first name (Mr./Mrs./Ms.)/ birthday/place of birth/passport number/date of issue/place of issue/occupation. The final one to be receives not later than 14 days prior arrival day.
»	The final hotel rooming list to be received at least 14 days to prior arrival day
