IV) Cancellation
* If written (by Fax) cancellation was received by
Sadd Al-Samallaghi Est.
» 20 days or more prior to the
arrival day - no charge.
» 14 to 10 days prior to the
arrival day - 10% charge of the tour fare.
» 9 to 3 days prior to the
arrival day- 25% charge of the tour fare.
» 02 days prior to the arrival
day or failure to show - 50% charge of the tour fare.
» If group size changed: the
applicable price has to be considered.
We strongly recommend making insurance for trip cancellation
or interruption to protect your travel investment. This
coverage will offset cancellation charges in the event
of illness before or during the trip.
